Day 3 - Milan and Pavia - Dec. 28th

So Wifi at our Rome hotel was practically non-existent when it came to uploading, hence the absence of updates for the past few days.  Here's to trying to catch up!

7:00am breakfast, left hotel at 7:40 for 8:30am Mass at the Basilica of St. Ambrose.  After Mass and visiting the basilica, Sts. Ambrose, Gervasius and Protasius, we drove 45 minutes to Pavia to see Sts. Augustine and Boethius at the Basilica S. Pietro in Ciel D'oro.  We then had a 2.5 hour drive to Bologna.
